I want to return or trade my product

I want to return or trade my product

It may happen that you order an airsoft product from us which is not to your liking. No problem, we too sometimes make mistakes. That is why we have set up a clear and transparent return service for you so that the returning process is also a piece of cake!

Reflection period, how long do I have to decide?
On (almost) all our articles is a reflection period of no less than 14 days, these start counting after you have received the articles. So if you order on Monday and receive the ordered products on Tuesday, the 14 days will start counting from Tuesday!

Returning a product, how does that work?
If you want to send an item back, we are happy to inform you so that we can also treat your return order with as much care as your purchase order. Follow the next 3 steps to return a product.

  1. Via your personal account you can create a return for a product under "service". To optimize any products we appreciate if you describe why you are returning an item.
  2. Send the articles to QTAC Airsoft, Omgang 29 4724AN Wouw with the form you received after creating a return shipment in your My QTAC account. Return costs are for your own account.
  3. Send the products back to our return address within 14 days of registration. If the return has arrived and checked with us, we will transfer your purchase amount to your account within a few working days. If the return arrives later than these 14 days your return may be refused. Upon arrival of your return we will check the contents for completeness and possible operation and we will refund your paid amount to the account or paypal account with which you have paid.

If you want to exchange something, you can already order the desired article again via our webshop. Then you will have your new order delivered faster.

What to keep in mind when returning a product?

- Provide a correct, good packaging to return the products.
- Do not stick tape, stickers on the original packaging of the product
- Do not attach the return form to the shipping box, put it neatly in the shipping box.
- Return costs are for your own account

You can return (almost) everything
99% of our airsoft products can be sent back without any problems within the 14 day cooling off period. There are, however, some exceptions to the rule where you can not return a product or receive only a partial payment. These products are on our list of exceptions which you can not return.

  • Green gas bottles
  • Opened liquid or maintenance products
  • Opened Airsoft BB bags
  • Batteries that have been charged several times
  • Products that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as in-ear headsets, (thermo) underwear, shoes that you wear on a airsoft event.
  • Airsoft Replicas made to order / modified / modified / sprayed / engraved.
  • Airsoft Replicas which have already seen a skirm
  • Pre-order products
  • Used gift vouchers

Part payment at return

If you return a product in the original packaging and without damage, in short we can resell the product, you will receive your 100% refund within a few days after receiving your return.

We are not the most difficult, but if you send us a product that has already been used and / or is no longer in the original packaging we can not sell it to another customer. That is why we work with a partial refund in the following cases.

  • Broken or incomplete packaging
  • Dirty and used condition of the products
  • Damaged product

In one of the three cases described above we pay a maximum of 75%, after checking by one of our employees. We always contact you if this is the case. In case if an airsoft replica is returned (and accepted), a minimum of 30 euros will be charged to cover the administration costs. There is a lot of administration registration work on airsoft replicas.
